PURCHASING SUPERVISOR (Chinese Speaking)

Help identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and establish mutually beneficial relationships to ensure a reliable supply of goods and services.
Developing and implementing procurement strategies that optimize costs, maintain quality standards and mitigate supply chain risks.
Purchasing manager is also responsible for inventory management, analyzing demand patterns and forecasting future needs to avoid shortages or excesses.
Developing and executing purchasing strategies, tracking metrics, negotiating deals, and managing vendors.
In charge of supervising the process of sourcing and purchasing essential materials for a business’s operations.

Bachelor&039;s degree or above
Project / Time management Skill, Problem solving skill
Proficency in Chinese
Communication Skill
MS Office and ERP software operating skill
Team management skill, Strong leadership capabilities
Ability to gather and analysis data and to work with figures.
Business Trip for meeting, conference or training will be required.
