Purchasing Supervisor (Delivery)

We are looking for Purchasing Supervisor who is willing to join Delivery team (Purchasing Department):
* JOB DETAILS:
- Control purchasing activities (domestic & oversea material orders and delivery schedule)
+ Check document of customs clearance of import shipments
+ Check and confirm list of intransit goods, invoice list before closing period with Accounting department + Cooperate with Warehouse for material delivery and layout arrangement
+ Check payment document for oversea suppliers and forwarders
+ Weekly check material shortage for production plan adjustment
- Manage delivery team&039;s KPI
+ Manage pending NG parts list & ask person in charge for solution
+ Make business plan of material inventory, forecast monthly inventory and give action plan for unachieved inventory KPI
+ Prepare data, document and participate in audits (if any)
+ Train and support staff with issues related to Purchasing & Delivery * YOUR BENEFIT

- Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Import- Export/ Logistics,...
- Intermediate English. Japanese is a plus- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
