Python Developer

• Develop and implement new features and functionalities within existing systems.
• Understand analysis and design documents and develop Python programs, including unit testing.
• Produce, manage, and maintain Unit Test Result Reports.
• Participate in task scheduling and assignment based on developers’ skill levels (Senior level).
• Perform problem solving and performance tuning for data- intensive applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to application performance and functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to quality management for team members (Senior level).
• Collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• At least 3+ years of Python development experience.
• Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Strong self- management mindset and ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of Python and experience in software development.
• Fast learner with strong interest in exploring new technologies.
• Skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
Nice to Have:
• Willingness to work onsite if required.
• Experience working with APIs and DevOps practices.
• Experience in outsourcing projects or working with Korean clients.
• Hands- on experience with containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Big Data / Cloud Hadoop (Kudu, Impala, Hbase).
