Python Developer (Jr-Mid)_HCM

Take technical ownership of assigned modules; perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure code quality and best practices.
2–5+ years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in Python and hands- on experience building production systems using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation, technical specs, and system architecture notes.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles: Clean Architecture, SOLID, and common design patterns.
Duration: December 1, 2025 → End of January 2026 [Can be extended until the end of April 2026]
Location: Tân Bình
Collaborate closely with Frontend, QA, and Testing teams to deliver reliable and scalable systems.
Skills & Experience
Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Python (FastAPI) in a microservices architecture.
No English requirements
Strong problem- solving, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into maintainable, scalable technical designs following Clean Architecture principles.
Strong skills in database and schema design for scalable applications.
Responsibilities
