Python Techlead

&039;The project improves and optimizes data processing performance.

- Develop and implement new features and functionalities within the existing system.
- Code Review & Quality Management for team members.
- Produce and manage Unit‑Test Result Reports.
- Problem Solving & Performance Tuning
- Understand analysis/design documents and develop Python programs, performing unit testing.
- Developer Skill‑Based Scheduling & Task Management
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, or related experiences.
- Having self- management mindset
- Having ability to work independently
- Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring team members.
- Ability to schedule and assign tasks based on developers’ skill levels.
- Good understanding of SQL, Oracle DB and Python.
- At least 6 years of Python development experience.
- Good communication skill
Nice to have
- Hands‑on experience with containers/orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with Cloud Hadoop (kudu/impala, Hbase)
- Experience with API, DevOps
