QA Engineer

QA Manual

Convert requirements into structured test plans and test scenarios
Prepare test reports and follow up on issue resolution
Report, track, and verify defects with development teams
Support users during UAT phases
Collaborate with DevOps to ensure stable test environments
Support automation coverage when needed
Contribute to improving testing processes and customer satisfaction
Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT test cases

QA Automation

Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for frontend & backend
Develop automated test scripts and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
Maintain test environments and improve testing tools/processes
Translate requirements into both manual and automated test cases
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices
Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects
Support UAT and cross- team collaboration

For QA Manual

1+ years of software testing experience
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
Familiar with Jira/TestRail or similar tools
Good analytical and communication skills
Basic automation knowledge (Selenium/Playwright) is a plus
Strong manual testing foundation & test case design skills

For QA Automation

Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Strong knowledge of testing lifecycle & frameworks
Hands- on experience with Playwright (or similar tools)
Experience with REST API testing (Postman/REST Assured)
Experience mentoring others is a plus
Proficiency in JavaScript and Git
