QA Engineer - Electronic

Work and communicate with relevant parties to handle quality issues.
Build and maintain quality culture.
Develop action plans to maintain quality operations and build a quality culture for the Green Speed team.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on project quality requirements.
Communicate and coordinate promptly with relevant departments for timely updates.
Attend weekly AR (Action Required) meetings.
Provide quality training for project management teams.
Report on quality personnel status, preventive and corrective actions, and CIP to OM.
Manage QA team on shift work.
Lead the Green Speed QA team to investigate root causes, establish CA/PA for quality- related activities.

Skills: Intermediate English.
Proficient in office computing, good communication and management skills.
Education: University degree or higher.
Experience: At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
Priority given to candidates with experience in the electronics industry.
