QA EXECUTIVE (CHUYÊN VIÊN QLCL)

- Attend risk analyze meeting to highlight quality issues before starting pre- production sample (PP sample) to ensure the bulk production can be applied in practical way.- Organize & prepare all necessary information to conduct the pre- production meeting accurately and timely to ensure all the quality issues will be highlighted to production team, Industrial Engineering, and Technical team for preventive actions before starting bulk production.- Control quality assurance process from receiving raw materials, fabric, cutting, production, packing to minimize the inline defect percentage and material wastage by daily inspection plan.- Control quality assurance process of sample to make sure samples will be offered on time for Buyer Approval & first- time pass.- Follow up the order fulfillment as per the company requirements.- Adhere to quality technical and product safety to guide the vendors as the company required.- Resolve day- to- day quality issues, guide the factory to maintain the quality standard.- Manage team members in Quality Assurance to maintain quality assurance standards and discipline.

- Bachelor&039;s/ college&039;s degree in Garments Technology, or related fields.- Certificate in Quality Assurance preferred.- Knowledge of Quality management system (QMS), Customer quality assurance standards, and Product quality standards- Communication skills, MS Office skills- Analytical skills, Teamwork skills, Problem solving skills, Management skills, Negotiation skills- Accuracy and attention to detail.
