Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát và quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động phòng thí nghiệm nội bộ, bao gồm thực hiện thử nghiệm, quản lý nhân sự phòng lab, thiết bị thử nghiệm, SOPs, WIs và hệ thống hiệu chuẩn, nhằm đảm bảo kết quả thử nghiệm chính xác, kịp thời và sẵn sàng cho đánh giá nội bộ cũng như đánh giá khách hàng.Responsible for supervising and managing all in- house laboratory operations, including testing activities, laboratory personnel, testing equipment, , SOPs, WIs and the calibration system, to ensure accurate test results, on- time execution, and full readiness for internal and customer audits.
Trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ/Responsibilities and Duties
Kiểm soát tiến độ thử nghiệm và thời gian hoàn thành (test lead time). Kiểm soát dữ liệu thử nghiệm, test log và báo cáo thử nghiệm nội bộ. Xem xét và phê duyệt báo cáo thử nghiệm trước khi phát hành. Đảm bảo dữ liệu thử nghiệm chính xác, đầy đủ và có thể truy xuất.Control testing schedules and lead time. Control test data, test logs, and internal test reports. Review and approve test reports prior to release. Ensure test data accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
Đào tạo nhân viên về tiêu chuẩn thử nghiệm, vận hành thiết bị và an toàn phòng lab. Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và xử lý các tình huống bất thường trong quá trình thử nghiệm.Train staff on testing standards, equipment operation, and laboratory safety.Provide technical guidance and handle abnormal situations during testing.
Chịu trách nhiệm thẩm quyền kỹ thuật đối với các hoạt động thử nghiệm trong phòng thí nghiệm, đảm bảo phương pháp thử nghiệm và kết quả thử nghiệm có tính hợp lệ về mặt kỹ thuật.Responsible for maintaining technical authority over laboratory testing activities to ensure technical validity and reliability of testing methods and results.
Đảm bảo phòng thí nghiệm luôn an toàn, gọn gàng và sạch sẽ. Chịu trách nhiệm về an toàn và sức khỏe của nhân viên phòng lab. Đề xuất cải tiến về thử nghiệm, thiết bị, quy trình và bố trí phòng lab.Ensure laboratory safety, cleanliness, and orderly conditions. Be responsible for the safety and health of laboratory personnel. Propose improvements related to testing methods, equipment, procedures, and lab layout.
Lập và giám sát kế hoạch hiệu chuẩn định kỳ (hiệu chuẩn nội bộ hoặc bên ngoài). Đảm bảo tất cả thiết bị được hiệu chuẩn và dán nhãn đúng hạn, rõ ràng. Giám sát việc xử lý thiết bị ngoài hiệu chuẩn theo SOP.Establish, maintain, and control the master list of measuring and testing equipment.Plan and monitor periodic calibration activities (internal and external). Ensure all equipment is calibrated and labeled on time. Supervise handling of out- of- calibration equipment in accordance with SOPs.
Giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động thử nghiệm nội bộ (construction, performance, material, finishing tests…). Đảm bảo các thử nghiệm được thực hiện đúng tiêu chuẩn, SOP và WI đã phê duyệt.Supervise all in- house testing activities (construction, performance, material, finishing tests, etc.). Ensure tests are conducted in accordance with approved standards, SOPs, and WIs.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của QA Manager.Perform other duties as assigned by QA Manager.
