- Complete records and documents as required by the customer: audit checklist, product standards.
- Collaborate with QC leader to check, update, manage the periodic testing and calibration plans (internal, external).
- Develop and collaborate with the related departments in Factory to carry out periodic activities according to standards: internal audit, mock recall, traceability, internal training, etc…., understand for testing microbiology, physical and chemical.
- Perform other tasks of the QAQC department when requested by the QAQC.
- Coordinate and participate in improvement projects in the factory regarding: safety, quality, savings, etc. and other factory activities.
- Manage and update the Food Safety Management System documents currently applied at the Factory (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, Halal) to ensure proper operation, maintenance and compliance with the Standard requirements.
- Ability to work independently, withstand work pressure.
- Participate in handling, monitoring and confirming corrective and preventive actions: Non- conformity of raw materials, non- conformity of the production process, customer complaints.
- Participate in evaluating new and periodic suppliers of raw materials according to the plan.
- Participate in working with audit agency: Food Safety Authority, Certification Organization, Customers, ...
- Check and update the requirements of Vietnamese and foreign standards and regulations (export markets) on food safety.

- English: Intermediate level.
- Have Certificates (Awareness, Internal audit) of the Standards: BRCGS/FSSC 22000/Halal.
- At least 3 years of experience in the food industry at a QAQC Position.
- Have knowledge and experience about the Food Safety QMSs: BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Halal.
- Graduated from a University or above with a major in Food Technology or Quality Management
- Have experience for working with Certificate agency, Authority, Supplier.
