QA/QC Senior

PURPOSE AND SCOPE
- Lead the QA/QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, and coordinate cross- functionally to achieve quality objectives.
- Ensure products, processes, and operations comply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IPC- A- 610 standards, as well as customer requirements.
- Responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing the entire Quality Management System of Makipos Bac Ninh plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Management System Development & Operation:
- Establish, maintain, and improve QMS, internal audit processes, and ISO/IATF documentation system.
- Lead PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP, and PPAP activities as required by customers/plant.
QA/QC Team Management:
- Train and coach the team on quality tools, 7QC tools, ESD, and IPC standards.
- Assign, supervise, and evaluate the work of QA/QC Engineers and QC Inspectors.
Product & Process Quality Assurance:
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and develop/implement CAPA.
- Supervise IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC inspection activities.
Audit & Continuous Improvement:
- Propose improvement initiatives to reduce PPM, increase FPY, and enhance quality control efficiency.
- Lead internal audits and support external audits (customers, certification bodies).
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
- Participate in supplier evaluations together with Purchasing/Supplier Quality teams.
- Act as the focal point in working with Production, PE, Planning, and Warehouse to resolve quality issues.
Advisory & Coordination Role:
- Report progress, quality issues, and resource status to the Plant Management Board.
- Participate in Interview Panels and Technical Committees.
