QA Staff (Fabric Inspections)

Conduct fabric shipment inspection at designated fabric mill- Inspect 10% of fabric roll each batch follow 4 points system and buyer&039;s requeiment.- Making inspection report after completed fabric inspection.- Inform to fabric mill to settle fabric Quality issue if fail fabric inspection.2. Review colour & upload report to MC system.- Conduct color checking base on buyer standard for every batches.- Update fabric inspection result report and upload in to system- Share report to fab mill & releated party for next step.3. Reporting the fabric inspection result- Daily share fabric inspection result to all dept & releated party- Highlight detail batches fabric rejected to related parties to avoid mis- use.- Request PPC team & releated party for next step.- Report all fab Quality issues to direct supervisors for further follow up & action.4. External work with fabric mill- Daily work with fabric mill people- Timely call short meeting with fabric mill QC to fixing the issue before shipment fabric to Regent.

- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Major/Subject: Management/ Business/ Technique- Years of Work Experience: At least 2 year experience doing fabric inspection in textile and knitted garments- Technical Skills: Material Inspection as Q.A skill in previous job- Computer: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point- Languages: English
