QA Supervisor

Manage and oversee QC/Packing team’s daily operationAssign, supervise, and train team membersPrepare, monitor, and handle quality reportsEnsure SOPs are implemented during every step of the production process.Prepare for and coordinate internal and external auditsDevelop and continuously improve quality control processesHandle customer complaints, including investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actionsWork cross- functionally to drive continuous improvement across all company operations, ensuring waste is minimized.Prepare and report Monthly Quality performanceAnalyse and set up the standard/ tolerance for OS suppliersDraft and manage quality documentation and recordsWork with compliance management and follow up external audit and internal audit programsPerform other duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
At least 3 years experienced in QA supervision. Prefer candidates with experience in label printing or packaging
Strong change management and adaptability
Able to manage, motivate, train and develop self, team and factories to achieve excellent quality standards throughout the production process
Strong skills in data analysis, problem- solving, and auditing.
Solid understanding of the quality processes, especially in printing & packaging
Able to work under high pressure, teamwork.
