QA Supervisor (Garment)

ABOUT US
Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We’re looking for QA Supervisor to ensure that all products produced meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications through proactive quality checks, process monitoring, and collaboration with production teams and suppliers.
WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

Train QA staff and production teams on quality standards and best practices.
Review and approve inspection reports before shipment.
Monitor quality performance and drive corrective/preventive actions for defects.
Liaise with customers and third- party inspection agencies.
Supervise QA/QC teams in fabric inspection, in- line inspection, final inspection, and AQL checks.
Ensure compliance with buyer’s technical requirements, SOPs, and legal regulations.
Work with Merchandising, Production, and Technical teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain QA documentation, reports, and audit readiness.
Conduct root cause analysis for claims, returns, and quality complaints
Develop and implement QA procedures, standards, and inspection guidelines for all production stages.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

Proficient in MS Office
Experience with international quality standards (ISO, buyer- specific standards).
5+ years QA/QC experience in garment manufacturing (at least 3 years in a leader/supervisor role).
Good problem- solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and AQL standards.
Good English
