QC Engineer (Automation)

Develop & Maintain Test Suites: Create, document, and execute detailed test cases and regression test suites to ensure new builds do not break existing business logic.
Support & Troubleshoot: Work closely with the development team to reproduce and resolve technical issues identified in both testing and production environments.
Contribute to Innovation: Continuously update technical skills and willing to expand your scope of work to assist in building digital solutions that simplify workflows and optimize daily business operations.
Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to understand the logic behind our sales and data platforms, and design comprehensive test plans.

Defect Management: Identify, clearly document, and track defects from discovery to resolution using our project management tools (Jira/ClickUp).
Validate Data Integrity: Perform data reconciliation and validation to ensure that reports, dashboards, and financial calculations are 100% accurate.
