QC manual (Bangkok based)
Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution: Communicate effectively to resolve issues and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Data Verification: Utilize basic SQL and other data retrieval methods to verify and validate data.
- API Testing: Perform API testing to ensure robust and reliable software interactions.
- Continuous Learning: Adapt quickly to new tools and methodologies, maintaining effective communication in English, especially with our Singapore- based Product Owner (PO).
- Pressure Management: Manage work pressure effectively, maintaining high performance and quality standards.
- Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough coverage and efficient testing processes.
- Web/Mobile Testing: Execute tests on web and mobile platforms, focusing on black- box and UI/UX testing.
- Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
- Software Testing: Conduct thorough testing of software applications, including CMS, e- commerce, and finance systems.
Requirements
- API Testing: Proven experience in API testing.
- Work Ethic: Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle work pressure.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing or equivalent roles, particularly in CMS, e- commerce, or finance.
- Independent Work: Demonstrated ability to work independently with high responsibility and accountability.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop effective test plans and strategies.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to facilitate optimal issue resolution.
- SQL Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL and other data retrieval methods.
- Web/Mobile Testing: Proficiency in web and mobile testing, including black- box and UI/UX testing.
