QC/QA (Game Domain)

Ensure adherence to internal quality policies, industry best practices, and relevant local/international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ESMA regulations).
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements and results.
Liaise with production staff, engineers, and suppliers to resolve quality- related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the production and management teams on how to improve quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
Accurately document all inspection results, test data, and observations in quality logs and digital systems. Prepare detailed reports on defects, non- conformities, and quality trends.
Perform detailed inspections of raw materials, in- process components, and finished products according to company specifications and quality standards.
Identify, isolate, and report any products or materials that do not meet the required standards. Work with the production team to determine the root cause of defects and implement corrective actions.
Monitor production processes to ensure they are operating within the defined parameters and not compromising product quality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate across departments.
Exceptional ability to spot defects and inconsistencies.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Uncompromising commitment to quality and professional ethics.
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities to identify root causes.
Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, TQM).
Proficiency in using various measurement and testing tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related scientific field is preferred. A relevant technical diploma combined with extensive experience will be considered.
A minimum of 3- 5 years of proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role, preferably within the [Specify Industry, e.g., Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction, Electronics] industry.
