QHSE / FSC / PEFC Auditor

Support the coordination and execution of Chain of Custody evaluations in Vietnam – including budgeting, creating service contracts, logistical planning, supporting consultants, liaising with clients and finalising and reviewing reports.
Provide customer service information about certification, technical guidance on interpretation of certification standards and the certification process and trademark use.
Manage questions and disputes relating to active certification evaluations
Develop and implement evaluation schedules and ensure timely and efficient completion of these.
Ensure efficiency, quality control and adherence to TUV SUD’s technical and administration certification protocols.

You are a proficient user of the MS Office package and have a good understanding of administrative IT systems as this is a part of our everyday work.
You shall be fluent in (written and spoken) Vietnamese and also very good in (written and spoken) English.
Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in
Knowledge and experience in Quality Management Services, relevant standards and certification schemes and/or internal quality audit exposure will be advantageous.
Experience in conducting audits, implementation and maintenance of management systems are advantageous
It is a requirement that you have 2+ years of relevant work experience within the timber processing industry, timber trading, forestry sector, nature protection or similar.
