* About the Role
- We are a German/Swiss internationally renowned company with a small, growing operation in Vietnam looking for a hands- on Quality Control Associate to oversee all aspects of quality assurance for our assembly line. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start- up environment and is ready to own the entire QC process—from inspection and testing to documentation and continuous improvement. You’ll be our go- to expert for ensuring everything we produce meets high standards of quality, consistency, and reliability.
* Key Responsibilities
- Manage non- conforming materials and conduct root- cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with any relevant industry or customer standards.
- Perform incoming, in- process, and final inspections of products.
- Work closely with production/shipping to implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, suggest and help implement process improvements to build high quality products
- Co- develop and maintain effective QC checklists, records, and reports.
- Identify, document, and help resolve quality issues in real time.

* Requirements
- Chinese speaking
- Proficient understanding of measurement tools and quality concepts.
- Minimum3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a similar role, preferably in small part assembly manufacturing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP system.
