Quality Assurance Engineer - VCA

· "Go- See" to verify actual result on track and correctly with evidence.
· Co- ordinating with GL to evaluate the daily VCA result and notify to cross functional team the issue 50, 20 and P100
· Prepare documents for daily VCA meeting to ensure cross functional team have to action correctly and complete on time.
· Weekly report for summary VCA score data and issues solving status
· Follow up for all VCA&039;s issue 50, 20 and P100 until the issue closed
· Assign the Owner and concern departments to received PPS, JIRA, 8D for update containment activity within 24hrs, corrective action within 5 days and closed issue within 30 days.
Measurement equipment management

· Communication skills, organization, training, leading the team
· Graduated from science or technical university
· national driving license
· Priority: At least 1- 3 years of experience working in the field of quality control at an automobile factory
· Have good knowledge about quality management system ISO 9001, controlling & improving quality tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean, 5 Quality tools, etc
· English communication skills, office computer skills
