Quality Assurance Manager

Authority & Responsibility:• Manage incoming finished goods inspection and raw material inspection and certify them and follow up on the reject issue.• Manage final goods inspection for both dimensional & Heat Treatment and certify them to ensure good quality product delivery. And follow up reject issues along with corrective actions with related teams.• Lead process quality control activity to ensure proper quality control in place.• Implement QMS system in place and monitor the system & update it as needed.• Plan annual quality control team activities and execute them as scheduled.• Implement statistical analysis to control process quality control using SPC.• Control all in- house gages/fixtures to ensure proper measurement, and lead correlation activity with production and engineering team.• Follow up on PPAP and APQP activity as needed.• Support and follow up material issues & inspection of microstructure analysis.• Build standard process control plans and control process quality control data.• Lead problem solving cases for customer complaints and support customers accordingly.• Organize annual, regular quality audit plans and perform it accordingly.• Lead activity for ISO9001 certification on an annual basis, and lead internal audit as required.• Support production team and engineering team as needed.• Expand quality team function as demanded with flexibility.

Requirements
• Have knowledge in MSA, SPC.PPAP.
• Have practical experience and knowledge in Gauge.
• Have systemic understanding of APQP.
• At least 5 years’ experience in related areas
• Computer work, maths skills
• Analytical capability and problem- solving capability
• Compliance to all corporate safety & general regulations.
• Actively involves in all events related to quality team.
• Leadership skills, plans making & implementation skills
• Occasional overtime is required as needed.
• Practical knowledge in engineering.
• English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Skills and ability in planning, continuous improvement of production
