QMS – Quality Management System
• Monitor and report on quality control performance metrics
• Basic knowledge: Calibration measuring equipment and ISO 17025 is advantage
• Control of process, instruction, form
• Basic knowledge: Cpk, MSA, control plan, PFMEA
• Prepare/Respond to the 3rd party QMS Audit
• Prepare/Respond to the customer QMS Audit
HR
• Training Planning and control
• Training record & Certificate control
• Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures
Project
• Qualification of new product and new measuring equipment
• Review customer complaints and take appropriate corrective action
• Knowledge: Heat treatment and NDT are advantage
• New item review (Drawing/Specification) with GD&T requirement
• Understanding about international standard: ISO, ASTM, ASME, …
• Product Quality Plan
• PPAP Management
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality of incoming materials
NC Control
• Control of NCR (Monitoring, Follow up, etc.)
• Nonconformance produc
