Conduct supplier quality improvement activities to achieve the goal of reducing defects delivered to customers.
Ensure consistency and promote the resolution of gaps (between SMC and the supplier) and control plans.
Continuously monitor supplier control and ensure that non- conformities are identified and improved within the committed timeline.
Periodically re- verify the effectiveness of supplier non- conformance reports.
Carry out specific activities and optimize the supplier management process.
Act as a key member or a member of the quality management system team.
Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.
Continuously monitor detection and prevention activities to ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented and non- recurrence is achieved.
Job Requirements:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Japanese communication and reporting (JLPT N3~N2). Prefer to know more about English.
Have 3~5 years of working experience in the same position.
Experience in quality assessment, internal audit, and supplier assessment.
Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.
Operative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
Candidates residing in Dong Nai and the surrounding areas.

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Working days: Monday- Friday (7:45 am- 4:30 pm, 45&039; lunch break)
13- month salary +bonus 2 times per year.
Working in Long Duc Industrial Park.
Shuttle bus: 4 routes (From Hang Xanh, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa, and Ba Ria)
