Quality Engineer

- Supervise and ensure quality inspection processes on the production line are performed according to
standards.
- Train QC operator on inspection procedures, quality standards, and defect detection methods
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, R&D... teams to enhance processes and reduce recurring defects.
- Prepare quality reports, including defect analysis, rejection rates, and quality trends.
- Maintain and update inspection records and quality control documentation.
- Prepare defect analysis reports and suggest improvements to product quality
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the QC team, ensuring consistency in quality control. Address issues arising during inspections and support QC team members in problem resolution
- Analyze inspection data, identify defect trends, and propose corrective actions
- Support internal and customer audits by providing necessary reports and data
- Develop and update quality inspection plans for in- process production.
- Review and approve non- conforming products, recommend actions, and quarantine defective items if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 or other relevant certifications.
- Investigate root causes of product defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage, guide, and assign tasks to the QC team members

- Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485. Knowledge of quality management tools such as 5 Why, 8D, FMEA, and Control Plan.
- At least 1 year of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Access.
