We&039;re looking for a Quality Engineer who goes beyond UI testing scripts. You&039;ll analyze system flows, read logs, understand code logic, and proactively identify issues before they reach production. This role is about engineering quality into our AI- assisted solutions for New Retail.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Engineering & Analysis
Seedcom heavily invested in superior technology & analytics to operate a differentiated user- centric model, e.g. data analytics, artificial intelligence, highly optimized algorithms to solve challenging real- time, large scale and high- performance problems.
• Read and interpret system logs to identify root causes
• Unearth issues in the early stage of development
• Understand code logic and flow to support debugging and risk assessment
• Analyze end- to- end business flows across App, Web, Admin, and Backend systems
Testing & Verification
• Handle data- related, business logic, and multi- service integration testing
• Prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects
• Design and maintain test cases using risk- based approach, not just happy paths
• Perform thorough regression testing and verify complex issues
Collaboration & Process
• Trace bugs, analyze root causes, and work closely with developers
• Document testing processes and maintain knowledge base
• Review requirements and designs to identify quality risks early
• Contribute to automation testing initiatives (encouraged, not mandatory)
Requirements
• Can read code at logic/flow level (various languages acceptable)
• 1- 3 years of experience in QC/QA/QE roles
• Ability to read and analyze system logs
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environment
• Understanding of system architecture at service/API level
• Effective communication with dev, product, and ops teams
• Strong analytical skills with proactive root cause investigation
• Quality Engineering mindset — not just UI checklist testing

• Experience with mobile or API testing
• Understanding of CI/CD and release processes
