Quality Engineer (Process)Responsible for developing and maintaining quality control systems in plastic manufacturing to ensure process stability, product conformity, and continuous improvement.Key Tasks:Develop and manage the Process Quality Plan.Collaborate with Production & Engineering on process control and audits.Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (5Why, 8D, FMEA).Monitor key quality metrics and ensure ISO 9001/14001 compliance.Drive continuous improvement and defect reduction initiatives.2. Quality Engineer (FAI Specialist)Ensure product quality during new project launches through First Article Inspection (FAI) and documentation management.Key Tasks:Prepare and submit GPAP/PPAP and related FAI documents.Review drawings, create SIP/SPMP, and validate new molds.Conduct measurements (VMM, CPK, GR&R) and ensure data accuracy.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve quality issues.Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.

· Skilled in using basic measurement tools such as calipers, height gauges, and Video Measurement Systems (VMS) is a plus.
· Solid knowledge of ISO 9001;
· Strong problem- solving, analytical, and communication skills.
· Demonstrated experience in promoting and sustaining a quality- conscious culture within production and technical teams.
· Good command of English (both written and verbal).
· Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Polymer, or related fields).
· Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to ensure conformance to quality standards.
· Capable of leading Continuous Improvement Reviews to share best practices and drive process enhancements.
· Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D technical drawings.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other quality management systems or ERP software.
· Strong understanding of technical quality requirements in a manufacturing environment.
· Experience in facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, including the ability to gather and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
