Quality Engineer/ Quality Control (Toy Industry)

• Work with factory on quality issues on daily production and follow up on improvement action.
• Performed twice a month sharp tools control audit for push toy factories.
• Ability to document, monitors, and track vendor’s daily, weekly and monthly output.
• Work with 3rd party QC company / customer QC on product confirmation and reliability, packaging, testing compliance.
• Identify, anticipate, and manage risks or issues prior to each development milestone, and provide alternate solutions. Report and escalate potential red flags to management, as needed, with clear and defined plans and resolutions.
• Daily travel and work in different factories (Hải Phòng, Hải Dương, Ninh Bình, Nam Định, Hà Nam, Thái Bình, Cambodia, etc.)
• Perform in- line check, and During Production Inspection (DPI)/ Final Random Inspections (FRI) at various locations/Factories and report to QC supervisor/ Manager.
• Draw and seal sample to send out to outside lab test and review and check quality for licensor and sales samples.
