Quality Guarantee Manager

Job Overview
• Guarantees the quality of materials (primary materials, mixes, tissues, elastomers, textile and metallic cables) assembled and delivered according customer requirements.
• Ensure MMW best practices are implemented in the workshop.
• Quality guarantee by the MTP/VR method for his/her workshop
• Achieve quality performance and Progress goals for goods produced in his/her workshop.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• All the complaints, non- conformities and changes in performance are treated with necessary reactions and effectiveness. Causes of anomalies and nonperformance are resolved at the activity level.
• The conformity of materials is ensured throughout the manufacturing process, allowing their release.
• The risks of nonsatisfaction of the customer are anticipated in the process of quality planning and their control contributes to the qualification of raw materials, materials, processes and methods.
• The identified risks are controlled and the effectiveness of implemented guarantee actions is demonstrated.
• For its domain:
- The suitable quality plan is defined and applied.
- The guarantee referential are defined and applied locally.
- Quality assurance provisions are implemented and effective.
- The adequacy and application of quality assurance related to the manufacture of the material are guaranteed.
Qualification of personnel having an impact on the quality of materials is ensured in a sustainable manner
