Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Engineer

Main responsibilities:
· Train and instruct employees and onsite vendors on labor safety regulations and permit to work
· Any other ad- hoc administrative duties as assigned by the General Services Manager
· Write and update as necessary Quality System Procedures and Work Instructions.
· Complete Contract Review activities with respect to Quality Assurance, Pest control and Security requirements and ensure all customer expectations are properly addressed
· Maintain and ensure the effectiveness of all Company Business Management System Approvals (ISO 9001/ISO14001/ISO 45001/BRC…) and legal compliance.
· Provides regular communications and feedback to management team regarding Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
· Prepare a monthly report for Country HSE Manager, Regional HSE Manager for Strategic Accounts and relating to safety activities for site.
· Responsible for implementation and monitoring of quality, safety, health, and environment strategies in line with the Sodexo’s commitment to continuous improvement and aligns with Client’s requirements.
· Conducts the investigation, as appropriate, of all significant accidents or incidents within the site.
· Manage the Company&039;s Non- conformance Reporting (NCR) System and ensure that root causes are identified, and robust corrective actions implemented to prevent recurrence
· Carry out risk assessments and periodic safety checks
· Conduct Quality and Safety Audits requirements and report findings to Management
· Conduct on- site routine reviews to check on the quality of the vendor team and ensure Company&039;s SOP and Protocol are followed thru&039; by pest control technicians.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Required
- Intermediate working knowledge of software using such as Microsoft Office, PowerBI
- Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice
- Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001/ 14001/ 45001, SMETA audit, FM Global and Quality Management System requirements.
- Good in English
- Intermediate client and contractor management skills, including demonstrable negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Reading/using AutoCAD drawing is an advantage
- Minimum of 1 years of quality- safety engineering experience within manufacturing environment
