Develop and implement processes and procedures for identified high- risk items, classifying open
issues according to risk level.
Monitor and analyze quality data from each automation station, establish performance targets, and
drive yield improvement and process capability enhancement.

Maintain superior quality performance levels for key big customers.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quality in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer- specific quality systems.
Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, PDCA, DOE).
Good at English communication, and team development skills.
Proficient in data analysis and quality management software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Excel).
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
