Quality & Sustainability Manager

Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure consistent product and service quality
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and sustainability
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects
Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and sustainability performance
Train and educate employees on quality and sustainability policies and procedures
Stay up- to- date with relevant environmental regulations and industry best practices
Identify and implement cost- saving measures through sustainable practices and quality improvements
Lead sustainability initiatives and programs to reduce environmental impact and promote responsible business practices
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including certification bodies and regulatory agencies
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards

Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus
Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental regulations
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Experience with environmental impact assessments and sustainability reporting
Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or LEED AP are preferred
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management abilities
5+ years of experience in quality management or sustainability roles
Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems
Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Bachelor&039;s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
