Monitor and maintain all recreational areas, equipment, and facilities in excellent condition.
Manage the recreation budget, including equipment procurement and cost control.
Ensure all activities are delivered safely, professionally, and meet guest expectations.
Promote activities through signage, newsletters, or digital platforms to maximize participation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Supervise recreation team members, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints or issues related to recreational services.
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and seasonal recreational activity schedules for guests
Collaborate with other departments (F&B, Front Office, Spa) to coordinate events or package offers.
Yêu cầu công việc
Energetic, creative, and customer service- oriented personality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recreational booking or scheduling systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sports Science, Tourism, or related field is preferred.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recreation or guest activities, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
Basic first aid/CPR certification is an advantage.
Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
