Manage, Maintain and Expand Client Relationship (Business Partner)
To achieve monthly sales target and develop new business prospect.
To manage customers and prospective and to generate and cultivate new prospects for commercial business.
Forecasting and analyzing sales, problems, obstacles effecting monthly sales.
Identify new target customers, both potential and existing ones, and approach those customers for sales opportunity.
Strategic planning and expanding market.
To manage, maintain and grow the business and develop new relationships with customer.
Development of new business relationship with Property Industry, Health Industry
Responsible for negotiating and closing the sales with customers.
Create Annual, Monthly and Weekly Target
Manage and Control Sales KPI.
Customer Relationship Management
Other as assign by Manager
Responsible for marketing strategy, analyzing trends, customer needs and satisfaction.
Manage and Control Pricing and Margin

Pipeline Report
Competitors information (Sale Amt, New Product and Sales Strategies)
Weekly, Month Plan
Sales report (Weekly, Monthly)
Sales Forecast
Yêu cầu công việc
Able to travel up country
Good computer literacy
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (Speaking and Writing)
Experience in Real Estate / Fitness industry field will be an advantage (hospitality, vingroup, masterise, BIM, BRG,...)
Have experience in Management Level and strong leadership
Good interpersonal skills and good team player
Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure
Bachelor Degree (Business Management or related)
Have sales experience in Commercial business (B2B)
Familiar with territory and near by city
Age between 30- 40
Male / Female
