The Resident Relations Manager (ORM) is a key point of contact for owners and is expected to build and nurture positive relationships with all owners in the estate, handling their individual requests as well as acting as the liaison between owners and several stakeholders, including the on- site management company and real estate/development teams. Ideally you will also possess sound knowledge and operational experience in the application of relevant property legislation and be someone who enjoys the variety of working with many parties to get the best results.

· Excellent problem- solving and multi- tasking skills
· Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
· Fluent in English
· Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
· Ability to work flexible hours
· Able to work under pressure
· Minimum of a bachelor&039;s degree from an accredited university. Applicants with previous hotel management experience, building management experience or those who have an exposure to handling customers in any hospitality management field will get preference.
· Hands- on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)
