Responsible for the preparation of logistics, the storage of materials, the application for the au- thority of outsourcing suppliers, task/shift assignment, and daily

Responsible for leading the on- site team, tracking and recording equipment failures with cus- tomers every day, solving problems timely, and maintaining updated issues
Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers on site and gaining the trust of key stakeholders.
Responsible for the quality, progress and safety of the whole link from site construction to ac- ceptance as well as mass production
Responsible for communicating with the team&039;s proposal, design, site engineer and other teams to timely communicate and solve the problems encountered in the project implementation, in- cluding but not limited to mechanical and electrical installation, robot programming on
Responsible for on- site team building, including team organization structure construction, par- ticipant selection, and supplier capability Ensure the output and stability of the team.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Robotics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc, engineering

Fluent English & Chinese communication skills, both in speaking and writing
Familiar with the 3C industry, as well as the general application of robotic equipment in the 3C industry
More than 5 years’ experience in technical support, service engineer, debugging engineer in the automation industry, can be independently responsible for on- site mechanical and electrical installation and debugging, programming and at least 3 years’ experience in site management, with rich experience in site communication and problem solving

The company organizes an annual Year- End Party and regular Outing/Team Building activities.
A meal allowance of 1,400,000 VND per month is provided.
For the remaining two Saturdays, employees will be entitled to an additional two working days added to their monthly salary.
Employees and their families are covered under the Family Healthcare program.
For the first two Saturdays of each month, employees will receive an allowance of 5,000,000 VND.
Employees are entitled to a 13th- month salary according to company policy.
Employees work from Monday to Saturday.
Performance- based annual bonus is offered, with an average of approximately three months of salary per year.
A mobile phone allowance of 500,000 VND per month is provided.
Employees will receive a site allowance of approximately 5,200,000 VND per month (equivalent to 200,000 VND per working day on site).
