Quản lý Trung tâm Thể dục & Thẩm mỹ (Fitness Center Manager)

Answer to all inquires about membership, spa, the center and hotel to all members, visitors, walk- in guest or any incoming calls;
Forecast labor needs, schedule staff to work towards increasing revenue and giving excellent service;
Assign staff to work according to their daily responsibilities. Ensure staff productivity, efficiency through the working time;
Have to be fluent with all policies and procedures of the hotel and the center in order to give correct instruction to staff and advice to guests
Be creative and do sales and promotion plan with feedback from members, guests and staff.
Show visitors, guests around the center and try to promote our products / services in the hotel;
Evaluate the business daily, propose change to superior to do things better and more profitable;
Close sales to increase revenue for the center of hotel;

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Excellent customer service, communication and problem- handling skills
1+ years of experience in a similar position with proven track records.
Native Vietnamese, good English.
