Collaborate with stakeholders in Divisions to identify high- level resource planning requirements to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Pre- sale support, including but not limited to gathering requirements, providing estimation and planning.
Be accountable as the main contact with clients and the consultant team to make sure that the projects meet clients’ requirements & satisfaction
Produce project reports to clients and relevant managers, ensuring good visibility on project progression.
Organize a united team where all team members can communicate & contribute to assigned activities
Developing Enterprise Applications for big clients in ASEAN and domestic clients
Facilitate collaboration between several different teams and departments
Mentor and provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation to project members
Collaborate with teams to reach a consensus on technical decision- making, and manage an appropriate software development process
Ensure projects comply with PMO policies, CMMI standards, and other policies.
Set up objectives and manage the project team to achieve the goal.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience with Jira (or similar) and reporting tools.
Strong knowledge and experience in both traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit each project level.
Ability to provide constructive timely feedback to delivery team members and negotiate priorities and timelines with stakeholders.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management
Strong interpersonal & leadership skills/ people development/ people motivation
Basic English communication skills.
Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Drive, tenacity, client- focused and result- oriented.
Experience in leading project teams of at least 5 people.
Project management certification (PMP, CSM...) will be advantageous.
High level of understanding of development techniques and technological trends.
Ability to use Japanese
Good technical background.

Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.

Salary: Up to 40M
