R&D Chemistry / Nhân Viên R&D Hóa Học– Research & Development ( Chemistry/ Polymer Field) - Chemistry Graduate Welcome

Read, understand and analyze technical documents, test results, and product data.
Research, develop, and optimize new product formulations or improve existing ones based on company requirements (function, material, color, quality, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams and international partners to ensure high- quality results.
Conduct product analysis and performance testing after designing and synthesizing chemical or polymer- based products.
Operate and manage laboratory analysis equipment such as GPC, IR, etc.

Experience: 0–2 years in relevant industries (fresh graduates are welcome).
Gender: Male or Female.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields.
Preferred experience in:
Water- based surfactants or additives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Polycarboxylate dispersant agent.
Self- motivated, eager to learn, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Strong research, formulation, and industrialization skills.
Organic synthesis.
Waterborne polymerization synthesis.
Good command of English in reading, writing, and daily communication (Korean is a plus).
