R&D Expert (Freelance Project-Based Personal Care)

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure formulation feasibility, scalability, and cost- effectiveness.
• Participate in product trials, evaluate texture, sensory attributes, and production efficiency to improve quality and cost performance.
• Track project timelines, maintain development documentation, and report progress to management.
• Conduct stability and safety testing for new formulations prior to market launch.
• Provide technical expertise in ingredient selection, formulation adjustment, and product stability/shelf- life improvement.
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners to troubleshoot and resolve formula- related issues during production.
• Develop and optimize formulations for personal care products (e.g., shower gel, hand wash, body lotion, etc.) based on local production conditions, available ingredients, and current technologies.
