Công ty TNHH Techno Coatings Industry, vốn đầu tư Malaysia chuyên dòng sản phẩm sơn phủ công nghiệp cần tuyển dụng 2 nhân viên R&D
Mô tả công việc như sau:
Product Development

Screening the raw material market (suppliers & products) in collaboration with the respective superior. Inform Purchasing about any supplier contacts via a visit report, sample request form or a simple phone notice
Liaising with Quality Control to update parameters and requirements of raw materials and end products
Supervising Production upon any product and/or process modification
Meeting deadlines of product development projects, reporting frequently the status to the respective Superior
Assure transparent documentation of development projects via project chart, laboratory test report (lab- journal entry, customer trial report, conversion to SQL number and result remark on project chart
Liaising with Technical Sales on product modifications, including updating product specifications & end point parameters
Monitoring processes and formulations for every product and its intermediates
Follow and comply with all procedures of the Technical Administration with respect to:

- R&D sample inventory handling & administration Use of all
- Technical lab maintenance
- Safety and cleanness in all work areas
- R&D laboratory maintenance
- R&D instruments (internal & external)
R&D Support & Technical Service

Ensure technical support to customers in collaboration with Technical Sales
Liase with Technical Sales & Service staff in case of application problems, giving internal or occasionally external support

Có thể tăng ca (Cty làm việc giờ hành chính 7:30- 16:30, tuy nhiên sẽ có một số ngày trong tháng do tính chất công việc gấp thì sẽ cần tăng ca thêm để giải quyết công việc)
Ưu tiên ứng viên sinh sống tại khu vực BD hoặc gần Cty (Cty không có xe đưa rước)
Tiếng anh giao tiếp được, đọc hiểu được các tài liệu chuyên ngành
Chấp nhận đào tạo sinh viên mới ra trường, yêu cầu có nhiệt huyết và mong muốn gắn bó với ngành sơn phủ
Kỹ năng phân tích vấn đề, quản lý công việc và thời gian.
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại học chuyên nghành hóa
Mức lương thỏa thuận theo năng lực
Có thể đi công tác (trong nước và nước ngoài)
