Real Estate Specialist (Kỹ Sư Quản Lý Cơ Sở Vật Chất)

The opportunity
To ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations across all company sites in Vietnam, while supporting facility- related operations such as contractor supervision.
How you’ll make an impact:
- You will collaborate closely with the HSE team and other departments to uphold high safety standards.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- You will conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with local fire safety laws and standards.
- You will support facility- related tasks including contractor supervision, maintenance, renovation, and relocation projects.
- You will lead and manage fire prevention and firefighting activities across the entire Vietnam.
