Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the receiving area
Handle returns and exchanges with vendors when items are incorrect or defective
Coordinate with the Purchasing and Accounts Payable teams to resolve delivery issues
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
Assist in inventory counts and stock reconciliation as required
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations during receiving procedures
Prepare daily receiving reports and submit to Finance or Purchasing departments
Ensure products meet quality standards and report any discrepancies or damages
Monitor delivery schedules and communicate with suppliers when necessary
Label and organize items for proper storage or distribution to relevant departments
Record and log all received items accurately in the inventory system
Yêu cầu công việc
Honest, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
Previous experience in receiving, warehousing, or hotel operations preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or hospitality is a plus
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office applications
