Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
As Admin cum Receptionist, you will be responsible for general office administration, spearhead ISO initiatives, liaise with suppliers, logistics support and inventory management.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Handle all incoming and out- going mails, couriers, keep track and record;
Correspond with colleagues, business partners, external parties and guests.
Keep the reception area clean and neatly;
Coordinate work flow.
Ensure facility and office upkeep and maintenance and sufficient supplies to provide good working conditions.
Be responsible and coordinate activities and events of the office.
Receive & welcome clients and visitors;
Schedule meeting rooms and monitor car usage;
Maintain and update contact details;
Book air tickets & accommodation.
Handle administrative work of projects.
Answer and transfer incoming calls in a professional manner (in English);
Get involved in other areas of competence as required.
Assist in recording disbursements;
Yêu cầu công việc
Diploma/Degree or Basic Degree in any field
Experienced in administration at least 1 year.
Computer skills: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, Email, Internet.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking)
Good communication and problem solving skills
A fast learner, ability to multi- task and work independently under minimum supervision
