We’re looking for a passionate and resourceful Recruiter to help grow our team with top talent. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates. You’ll play a key part in building strong teams, enhancing candidate experience, and strengthening our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Malaysia with full relocation package
Source, attract, and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
Manage and coordinate interview processes efficiently.
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Ensure a smooth, positive, and professional candidate experience.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication, organization, and people skills.
Opportunities for growth within HR and Talent functions.
Familiarity with technical recruitment is an advantage.
3 years of experience in end- to- end recruitment (in- house or agency).
Experience in fast- paced or startup environments.
Knowledge of employer branding and talent marketing best practices.
Exposure to international or remote hiring.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and job portals.
Hybrid/remote work flexibility and learning support.
