Recruitment & Engagement Executive – FMCG

The Recruitment & Engagement Executive is responsible for high- volume recruitment (mainly Sales roles) and supporting employee engagement activities. This role works closely with the Thailand HR team and the Vietnam HR team at the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (70%)
• Support recruitment for junior to mid- level roles; senior roles will be supported by management.
• Coordinate with the HR team in Thailand and the HR Executive at the factory.
• Work with job portals (e.g., VietnamWorks) and external networks.
• Manage job postings, CV screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Handle mass recruitment for the Sales team (GT, MT, ecommerce, etc.).
Engagement (30%)
• Assist in communication and culture- building activities at Head Office.
• Execute engagement plans provided by the Thailand HR team.
• Support internal events: staff engagement, activities, celebrations, etc.
HR Coordination
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams during business growth and expansion
• In addition to recruitment, contribute to HR development areas including compensation & benefits (insurance, salary, and employee welfare policies) and Learning & Development (L&D) to ensure a comprehensive HR strategy.
• Support ad- hoc HR tasks as required.
