Recruitment specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Recruitment Specialist with strong experience in the garment manufacturing industry to drive effective hiring strategies and secure stable manpower for production.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full- cycle recruitment for garment roles from Production floor to manager level.
Develop new, creative recruitment channels and optimize existing ones to improve candidate reach.
Track recruitment KPIs and propose solutions to improve hiring efficiency.
Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and onboarding activities.
Build strong talent pipelines through industry networks, communities, and training centers.

Good communication, networking, and problem- solving abilities.
Strong sourcing skills and ability to innovate recruitment methods.
Able to work in a fast- paced factory environment.
English is a plus.
3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in garment/manufacturing.
