Recruitment Specialist (up to Manager)

Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment status reports.
Prepare recruitment summaries and reports for internal use.
Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and pre- employment procedures.
Assist in analyzing recruitment data and turnover trends.
Manage recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
Participate in employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, university outreach, and social media updates.
Collaborate with hiring departments to understand recruitment needs and arrange interviews.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: Have more than more than 2 years of experience in recruitment (prefer manufacturing companies)
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Required Skills
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good at English communication
