- Suggest and implement employee activities: Team building, company events...
- In charge of recruitment procedure: Provide recruitment services to line managers including job posting, CV screening, candidates short- listing, interview conducting, salary package preparing, reference checking and offer making.
- Cooperate with other people in team to complete other tasks.
- Conducting exit interview with employee, gather information, propose solution.
- In charge of employee performance assessment activities: cooperate with line manager to set KPI of each position, conduct assessment plan, gather assessment result, propose development plan base on assessment result...
- In charge of training activities: orientation training, development training...Develop training programs for employee based on their job functions and individual strengths and weaknesses.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Having related experience (working experience in electronic manufacturing is a priority)
- Responsible, flexible, adaptable and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, or related fields
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
- Be familiar with multitasks
- Good command of spoken and written English.
