Regional Aftersales Manager - VN Market (Automative - E-Scooter - Ebus)

Position Objective
Responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing all after- sales operations within the assigned region to ensure efficient service performance, optimized service quality, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts operations at dealerships: inventory control, arrangement, and optimization of parts- related activities.
- Monitor and coordinate aftersales activities across regions and dealers to ensure efficiency and optimization.
- Handle and resolve operational issues beyond the capabilities or authority of the dealers, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Support the setup progress of new service shop locations.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of corrective programs, recall campaigns, etc.
- Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints related to repair quality.
