Sales Performance & Growth
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and propose and implement timely corrective actions.
• Recommend appropriate products, services, and sales approaches to enhance customer satisfaction and market penetration.
• Monitor and evaluate regional sales performance and prepare quarterly and annual revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute regional sales strategies, plans, and targets in line with company direction.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify new business and growth opportunities.
Sales Team Management & Development
• Lead, manage, coach, and develop the regional sales team to build a high- performance sales organization.
• Conduct regular training, field coaching, and performance review meetings to ensure strong execution in the market.
• Identify recruitment needs and participate in the selection, onboarding, and training of new sales personnel.
Distributor & Market Management
• Act as the primary point of contact with distributors (DTRs), partners, and suppliers within the region.
• Collect market feedback and customer insights to support long- term sales and distribution development planning.
• Work closely with distributors to drive revenue growth and maximize the growth potential of distributors and retail outlets in the assigned region.
Budget, Expense & Reporting
• Review and control regional sales budgets and expenses; propose initiatives to optimize cost efficiency.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and present performance results, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
